"The rooms in Callahan Hall are terribly outdated. I had a double to myself because I was an RA but it was still SO small. My hall had an issue with ants coming in from the outside and it took multiple weeks and multiple tries to get maintenance to come out. The walls are very thin. The furniture is in pretty bad quality. You need to take the shuttle to get to campus unless you drive or walk; and it is ALWAYS late. The bistro is okay in quality; it had decreased in the years I've been at NKU."

"I think Norse Hall is one of the best dorms at NKU. I like how it has it own kitchen so it's a lot easier to cook and clean."

"The Northern Terrace rooms at NKU are shaped kind of like a big capital H. The room itself is quite large, with nice big windows and a common area. The furniture was really nice, although there wasn't a lot of storage. The showers (there are 2 bathrooms per room) are more like camp showers where you have two curtains instead of a door though. The toilets are in their own rooms. The elevators go out of service often, although I haven't really found it to be a problem. There are two public kitchens, two on-site laundry rooms, and a study room. I really liked my time at Northern Terrace although the wifi was a little slow and they could use a little more privacy. There was very little hall communication, however, because they are laid out more like apartments."
