Some pros have to be its a pretty quiet building, you have AC close parking, cat tran comes by very often. has one big common room on the first floor. Some cons that come to mind are the ants, they will get in the dorm and in your car if food is out or not. Laundry room is pretty small 6 washers and 6 dryers. it is a pretty old building but its not too bad, the bathroom/ shower is pretty small. a double can be scraped just depends on how you decide to set it up. the walk to classes takes getting used to but if you walk the steep way beside the tennis court you'll get to class I around 10 minutes.
