The rooms are awful. The double sizes and layouts aren’t bad, but the singles are the size of a shoe box.
Singles don’t get their own AC and heating, their thermostat is in the double next to them which sucks.
Steep stairs, six floors, no elevator. The basement rooms have flooded (and have zero temperature control), the kitchen and laundry room are in the basement of a different wing, and there are usually bat and ant problems. The location is the only good thing about Converse- it’s on central campus.
