The bathroom is a decent size, the floors are wood and seem new, their is one AC/heater thing so it controls both roommates room's.

The appeal to Laurel is the location. The dorm itself is the same floor plan as chap, but laurel is in the middle of UTSA, so everything is relatively a short walk and convenient. Laurel is one of the, if not the best dorm on campus.
