To begin with the physical features. The rooms are spacious and have high celings, thats it, everything looks dingy and run down, like they just used white paint to cover up everything. The community restrooms are fine, they are cleaned everyday, every stall and shower is functional. There is only 1 laundry room in the entire complex, and it is constantly full and you WILL struggle to actually get your laundry done. There is only one lobby and study area, and thats it. The kitchen is pretty much useless, and its poorly equipped. In my own personal experience. The RA's are terrible at their job and will not do anything about noisy tenants, even during quiet hours.
