Despite the shoebox size of Stuart dorms, I absolutely loved living here! I lived in Marshall hall (the best one) my freshman year. I’ve met my best friends and future roommates here. Everyone’s knows each other and you can tell that there’s a closer, more tight knit relationship in Stuart compared to Marycrest. Inside of Stuart, there’s a convenient store known as Stu’s Landing. On weekends they close at 2am which is nice when you’re coming back from the library… We’re also really close to VWK which is a sophomore living with a dining hall inside. The RecPlex is only minutes away from Stuart which is another pro of living here. We also get the best view of the sunsets which I loved! So while the walk up the hill can suck sometimes, it can ...

Stuart Hall is on top of a hill... you're gonna be getting a leg workout. It's also the furthest freshman dorm from the school buildings. The dorm rooms are pretty small but standard for a college. The furniture is also pretty standard with a bunk bed, desk, drawers, shelves, and place to hang articles of clothing. Each dorm comes with a microwave and fridge/freezer. Rooms are pretty close together. This can be a good thing for creating relationships with your floormates, but you can also hear everything going on in the rooms next to you. The bathroom is shared with all the people on your floor. 5 toilets and 5 shower stalls.
