Orr is one of the cheapest options on campus and it does reflect that. But I think it’s a good hang for your buck! You have communal bathrooms but you never have to clean. And the best part is location. You are right next to the dining hall and three minutes away from the union. I have woken up ten minutes before class and still made it there on time because I lived in Orr.
