Pros-
-Old Ames Building
- Amazing View of the City
- Close to City Hall
- Court Cafe :
Has Amazing muffins, sandwiches, drinks, and waffles. Wish it had a wide variety of made foods, but it is just cafe after all.

- Modern Bathroom :
The bathrooms at court are so fancy, rooms do differ though, one room might have a walk in shower, others might have a tub, but either way it's incredibly fancy, and have a good flush. The second for bathroom is amazing as well, along with the one in the court cafe. Clean and Fancy.

- Basically Brand New building
- Good AC and Heat

Cons-
- Soda Vending Machines don't work
- Lobby can be cold most of the time
