The 1st quad is the best place to be being that it's closest to everything. Compared to Laurel, noise is heard more due to the way the buildings were made. The Village is definitely the nicest area on campus to live!
The village is a great place to live on campus for juniors/seniors. Although the buildings are somewhat older and things could be updated, it has everything you need. Full kitchen and living room, nice size bedrooms, large closets, and a big bathroom. The shower is a small shower stall but it is good enough. you might think things look dirty when you first move in but it’s definitely just from years of use and especially if people didn’t clean the shower regularly over the years there will probably be permanent stains but just scrub it down on move in day and clean the bathroom regularly it’ll be fine. Second quad is best for being close to the laundry room but it’s also the loudest usually. First quad is good for being a little closer to ...
If you are on the third floor in first quad there is little to no disturbance and you get enough natural light which is always a plus.
