Best first year dorm available. Is close to the dining hall, Hyde hall, and the HUB. The dorm has recently been renovated with a kitchen and lounge on every floor. It also has a good view of the mountains. Gender neutral bathrooms with floor to ceiling stall doors. Only issue is not always the cleanest in public spaces i.e. elevator, bathroom, & stair well.
