It is a great location. I lived there in 2014 with 4 other friends. The rooms are decent size to have one to two people in a room. The downstairs bathroom is inside the bedroom and the upstairs bathroom is outside the two rooms. The downside is that the lighting can be pretty bad depending on the location. I think Campus Town East is better than West because it has less noisy businesses below.
