Rubin is newer so the building itself it’s nicer and comes with an elevator! The full sized communal kitchen and lounge in the basement is nice and well kept. Only downside is that there are communal bathrooms and for men it’s one shower for the whole floor…kinda rough. It’s also pretty far from everything else on campus so it’ll be a decent walk to any academic building/farinon/gym.
