The casitas have way more room, and a whole kitchen in living room. But the mailroom and laundry are in a different location And these houses are usually reserved for families, but sometimes students are sent there when there is an overflow of students. Also, there isn't a commons so its less social and more private in terms of location. There's no cooking or furniture in l the houses so students have to buy their own.
