The bathrooms are pretty clean, unless the people on your floor are gross. The rooms are nice and the location is great. The elevator situation kinda sucks, but after living there for 2 years, you just get used to it.

I lived in a single dorm room in Watterson and I really liked the room overall. The room was pretty spacious and had pretty of natural light and a nice view. It was relatively quiet compared to other dorms I’ve lived in. There is a good amount of closet space as well. I liked the setup of the bathrooms in this dorm, though others might not. On to the building itself. The elevators in this building don’t stop on every floor, so you’ll have to either go up or down the stairs to get to your floor. The fire alarms go off pretty often which doesn’t take long to get annoying. A nice thing about this dorm is that it is connected to one of the dining centers so you don’t need to leave the building to get food. There is also a Subway connected.

Watterson Towers is the most popular dorm building at ISU, very common for freshman. The rooms are pretty decent sizes compared to some of the other dorms. However, its not the most quiet place, definitely not the most clean place. There's always spills or trash on the ground and in the elevator. SPEAKING of elevators, They always take forever to come and are always breaking down. Other than that it's a great place to meet new people, you will definitely have a lot of fun experiences
