Probably one of the greatest locations for a residence hall. DeSmet is right next to College Hall and the other academic buildings, where a majority of classes are. It's also right next to Hemmingson, which is basically the hub for campus. The building itself is old, the rooms are very small, but you'll meet good friends there. It's a good dorm for the location and the people, but other than that it's not the best.
