Honestly not unbearably awful but definitely not good. I knew what to expect so I wasn't too fazed. My main thing is the bathrooms are horrid and the rooms are just worn down but room size isn't bad and location is definitely the best part about it. Also you can bond through the trauma you share with everyone living in the shoeboxes. <3
