- It's in midtown and next to a subway station so good location and only takes 15 min to get to campus
- there's a gym inside
- the rooms are pretty small but you only share a bathroom with your roommate, sadly our bathroom had mold in it we called for it to get fixed but it would come back again

The building is in midtown Manhattan on the corner of Lexington and 51st. It's an old hotel converted into a dorm building for students. The residents consist of students from Baruch, Hunter, and LIM which are separated by floor. Each school gets a certain amount of floors. For example, Baruch is floors 3-5 while Hunter is on floor 6. There are also rooms available for rent that are open to non-students so expect to see some middle-aged people as well. The location is perfect as the commute to school is not too far and there is tons of food around the area. There's a duane reade across the street that's open 24 hours which is very convenient.
