Pros:
- Not super old, furniture/building is in pretty good condition
- In room thermostat
- Singles are pretty spacious
- Bathrooms are pretty decent by dorm standards, plenty of privacy
- Not in central campus but still very convenient location

Cons:
- Windows face an area with lots of trees and let very little light in
- Overhead lights flicker and are VERY dim. You’ll need lamps.
- Rooms are almost TOO well insulated and hold a lot of heat/humidity. They get unbearably stuffy really easily- I had to keep my window open almost all the time, even in the winter
